Privacy Policy

The AIHA Alberta Section respects the privacy of your information and has endeavoured to collect as little information as possible. As part of this process we have engaged the firm of Internet Secure for the collection of purchasing information. The privacy statement for Internet Secure can be found at: www.internetsecure.com/privacy.html.

The Section stores no personal credit card information within it’s system. Once transactions are completed, Internet Secure notifies the Section and the Purchaser details of the transaction by email. No credit card information is contained within this transaction.

The Section then uses this information for the item in question only until such time as the item has been completed.

The Section follows the privacy laws of Alberta and Canada.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made to the Treasurer.

Refund requests by email will not be accepted within 48 hours of the item starting time (if applicable).

Refunds approved by the Treasurer will be processed to the same card used in the original transaction for the amount total minus a 3% transaction fee.
